The measurement engine, scoring logic, numeric scale, thresholds, weighting, taxonomies and adaptation logic are proprietary – never published, and not licensed for commercial reuse without written agreement. Selling an assessment built on the Lens, reproducing the scoring system, or training a commercial diagnostic tool on Divergent Kind materials requires a licence.
