The coherence layer (Layer 5) is the organisational layer that determines whether everything built below it produces coherent outcomes for the people it is meant to serve. Divergent Kind names it, builds it, and measures it.

Enterprise architecting
Coherence OS extends the General Enterprise Architecting tradition (Springer, 2022) up one layer – from the architecture of the enterprise to the architecture of its coherence under AI.
The cybernetics lineage
